Ka Pai kai program

Yesterday Thursday 20th of October Whaea Dani came in and was telling us about how much sugar that you can eat. 

There was a sign that had snacks on it and it said how much sugar was in it. She told us about what all week food we should have to eat for the week and that we should have two fruits and three vegetables daily.

 

 She looked at some of our muesli bars and said how much sugar they have in them. I thought it was cool because she knew so much about the sugar in food that we eat.
